Request a review
Email the PayPal transaction ID, your delivery email address and a description of the issue. Do not send passwords, card details or verification codes.
We will review the transaction and the reported issue with you. Refunds are not triggered by a button on this website. Any refund will be handled through the payment provider; applicable rights are not waived by downloading the software.
If a payment is still processing
We cannot confirm delivery while a payment is pending. Check its status in PayPal and contact us with the transaction ID before paying again.
If the package has not arrived
After paying, send your PayPal transaction ID and delivery email address to 601990423j@gmail.com. We verify the completed USD 49 product payment before emailing the package.
If you have already sent these details, check your spam folder and contact us with the same transaction ID and delivery address. We will check the payment record and delivery issue.
Check compatibility before buying
The kit targets self-hosted WordPress sites that can install third-party ZIP plugins. Live WordPress acceptance testing is still incomplete; the technical notes describe the current limits.
Use the free calculator to check your pricing rules first. Payments, automated client emails, CRM and custom formula languages are not features of the WordPress calculator.
